3 Keys To Winning
Players know their roles (system, game plan, role, abcs)
We is bigger then me
Players must respect one another (stand up for one another, have each other’s back and how you play for them on the court, and the work that you put in off the court)
Show respect by cleaning up after yourself and how you help when help is needed on and off the court
Team First Mentality
It starts in practice
Character players emerge in hard times, it’s easy to be a good teammate when things are going your way
Willingness to support teammates no matter what

You won’t remember the wins, losses and stats you will remember the relationships and how you felt
Game Changers
You have to play every play as if it is the last
